Maddison 'Maddi' Ball is an Australian show horse rider who has been riding from a young age. Maddi is bright, vibrant and infectiously positive, everything we believe is important in a BARE Ambassador. Supporting such great young talent is something we are proud of, and love watching Maddi, her ponies and her continued achievements.

I COULDN’T LIVE WITHOUT THIS BARE PRODUCT BECAUSE…
I can’t live without BARE competition tights, they are a game changer! Very comfy but also very stylish. It is suitable for everything I do if it’s around horses or just even for jobs.
MY MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT IS…
My Most memorable moment is when I won at the 2022 EA Nationals on my small hunter pony Pixi (Chrysler Park Pixi).
MY FAVOURITE EXERCISE OR TRAINING TO PRACTICE IS…
I love doing all transitions and trying new things on my horse, but one of my favorite exercises would be Pole work.
WHAT IS YOUR BEST COMPETITION DAY TIP OR ADVICE?
Have fun! Mum always says to me there is no point doing it if your not having fun. Competition day is an opportunity to show off everything you have been working so hard in training on. My coach regularly tells me to trust your training and enjoy yourself. Also remember horses aren’t robots, they too will have bad days. AND be a good sport! Everyone wants to win just as bad as you, support and encourage your fellow competitors, we all have to start somewhere 😊
THE LAST THING I THINK ABOUT BEFORE ENTERING THE ARENA IS…
Have Fun, Enjoy it, Don’t overcomplicate it, Don’t get nervous, Trust yourself and the horse, You made it through the hard part so now enjoy the easy part, Let all the training pay off, Just go out and do it, It is what it is.
